Refund Policy - Change of Mind

If you wish to return a product to us due to change of mind, please follow the steps below to initiate the returns process

• Either email us at info@lifewithease.com.au or fill out our contact form with details what  product you wish to return and the reason, we will then be able to provide details of where to send your returns
• Products can be returned within a 30 day window from placement of an order
• Products need to be unopened and undamaged for return
• Products returned will incure a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund prior to issuing
• Products will need to be sent back to us at the purchasers expense
• Our refund processing time is 5 business days from the time your return is delivered to us

To cancel your order please go on live chat to talk to our friendly staff. Please note that we cannot cancel orders after they have shipped.

We are more than happy to assist you if your product is under warranty. Please note that warranty process differs from product to product but we will guide you through the process here
